ONLINE SHOP


OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of the products [in the online store] does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
By clicking on the order button, customers place a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to change the order at a later date.
Immediately after receiving the order, the seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is only concluded when the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.


DELIVERY


Delivery is made from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. 
Processing and delivering the order will take three to five working days. Even with our best efforts, we cannot completely rule out seasonal delays as a result of high incoming orders. If green lane GmbH is not in a position to send all the products in an order at the same time, a partial delivery will be made. Of course, green lane GmbH will bear the additional shipping costs incurred as a result.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

From an order value of 50 CHF (including discounts), green lane GmbH delivers free of shipping costs within Switzerland & Liechtenstein. If the order value is less than 50 CHF, we charge a postage fee of 6.90 CHF within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The ordered products are delivered exclusively via Swiss Post. 

EU Shipments

From an order value of 100 EUR (including discounts), green lane GmbH delivers free of shipping costs within the EU. If the order value is less than 100 EUR, we charge a postage fee of 9.5 EUR. The ordered products are delivered via DHL.

Special EU Shipments

For customers in Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Bulgaria, Iceland, and Norway, green lane GmbH offers free shipping for orders valued at 150 EUR or more. If the order value is less than 150 EUR, we charge a postage fee of 15 EUR. The ordered products are delivered via DHL.

RIGHT OF RETURN ONLINE STORE

green lane GmbH guarantees you the right to return items within 14 days after receipt of the articles. For health protection and hygiene reasons, products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if their protective seal has been broken or removed after delivery.  It can take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited.

You can easily register your return using our online form here: https://greenlanebeauty.com/pages/withdrawal-form. (Alternatively, you can email us at hello@greenlanebeauty.com). If you received a damaged item, please attach photos.

2. Pack your return 
Please place a copy of your withdrawal confirmation or a note with your order number inside the box so we can identify your return faster.

3. Return of the order

The customer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with returning the product(s) except in the case of having received a damaged or incorrect product. If you encounter any issues in the process, please contact us at hello@greenlanebeauty.com and we will gladly assist you.


UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS


Switzerland & Liechtenstein

If a parcel cannot be delivered and the customer cannot be contacted, the parcel will be stored at gour Zurich store for 30 days. If the customer does not respond within this period, the items will be returned and the remaining amount will be refunded.

All Other Countries

If a parcel cannot be delivered, the order will be refunded.





PAYMENT


You can pay conveniently by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), Paypal, Klarna, Twint, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or invoice. 
Discounts and discount vouchers can only be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective promotion. Multiple discounts and discount vouchers cannot be cumulated.

RETENTION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property of green lane GmbH until full payment has been received.


PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT WITH INSTALLMENT FACILITY (POWERPAY) - SWITZERLAND & LIECHTENSTEIN EXCLUSIVE


Powerpay offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, Powerpay takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept Powerpay's GTC in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

CREDIT CHECK

By selecting "Purchase on account", you agree to a credit check by Powerpay. Powerpay will check whether your request for payment by invoice can be met, taking into account possible payment default risks, or whether another payment method can be offered in agreement with the merchant. For this purpose, Powerpay carries out its own identity and credit check. General creditworthiness and compliance with the terms of payment are decisive for the granting of payment by invoice. You authorize Powerpay or the commissioned partner companies to provide or obtain all information necessary for checking your creditworthiness and for processing the partial payment, in particular from authorities, credit agencies, credit brokers, employers or other suitable information and information agencies, and to report to other bodies in the event of corresponding legal obligations. In particular, the type, amount and terms of the loan as well as the applicant's personal details (surname, first name, address, date of birth, nationality) will be reported. You also agree to your data being stored for the purposes mentioned.


KLARNA PAYMENT OPTION


Klarna's payment options: In order to offer Klarna's payment options and to be able to assess whether you are eligible for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you, we may pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order data to Klarna during the checkout process. Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and in accordance with the information in the privacy policies of Klarna (https://www.klarna.com/international/privacy-policy/).


STORE

Only a selection of products is available in the store. Please feel free to contact our concierge service or give us a call to check if your desired product is available in Store. What is not available on site can be ordered in the online store. Customers who would like to test a specific product can have a sample filled in the store for CHF 3.


RIGHT OF RETURN


For items purchased in our store in Zurich, we guarantee a 30-day right of return for faulty products. The amount can only be refunded on presentation of the purchase receipt. Products purchased at a reduced price during the sale cannot be returned.


SPA

We look forward to welcoming you to our customized treatments at the SPA on Mühlegasse in Zurich. Spa appointments can be arranged by telephone, e-mail, our concierge service, or via our booking platform.


CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS


Appointments that have already been arranged can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If there is a Sunday or a public holiday between the date of the appointment and the time of cancellation, the deadline is 48 hours. Booked appointments must be canceled by phone or email. Cancellation notifications via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted.

Cancellations at short notice or no-shows are subject to a charge. In these cases, the booked treatment will be charged in full.
Treatment subscriptions cannot be refunded.


PAYMENT FEES


Invoices must be paid within 30 days without deduction. A reminder fee of 20 CHF is payable from the second reminder.
