Lauren Berlingeri and Katie Kaps founded the HIGHERDOSE Spa with infrared saunas in NYC after experiencing the incredible effects of infrared light. It promotes blood flow, sweats out impurities, reduces stress, boosts mood, and promotes beautiful, glowing skin. They expanded their brand and developed at-home infrared products so that even more people could benefit from infrared.
