greenlane delivers to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the EU, Norway, and Iceland.
Normally, we ship everything in one parcel. If one of your ordered products happens to be out of stock, you will be notified by note or email. The missing product will be sent later in a second parcel.

greenlane will take over the costs of the return in case of a faulty product. Otherwise the customer is responsible for the payment of the postage.
Yes, if the product is faulty or you received the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. You will need to provide your order receipt.

You can order gift cards on our website or buy them in our store. On the website, choose either the «GREENLANE Gift Card», where the voucher will be sent by post, or the «GREENLANE Digital Gift Card», where we send you a virtual gift card by email.
You can purchase either a 50, 100, 200, or 500 CHF gift card. You can also order a gift card for our Custom Health Facial.
You can redeem your gift card in our store or online. If you want to redeem it online, simply enter the code in the shopping cart in the "Discount code or gift card" field before placing your order.

You can redeem your gift card for all the products and treatments that we offer at greenlane.
Don’t worry; the remaining amount does not expire. You can use your gift card code for online purchases or in the store until the entire amount is used up.
For every CHF you spend at greenlane, excluding gift cards and treatments, you earn 1 point. It is not possible to earn points on purchases made with gift cards or to retroactively earn points on past purchases.
For the 5 CHF voucher, the minimum purchase is 95 CHF.

Appointments that have already been arranged can be canceled free of charge up until 24 hours before the appointment. If a Sunday or public holiday lies between the cancellation and the appointment, the deadline is 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an appointment made online, please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email you received. All differently booked appointments have to be canceled by email at hello@greenlanebeauty.com or by phone at +41 44 261 02 35. Cancellation messages sent via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows will be charged in full for services booked.
