We can be reached on foot from Zurich Main Station in just 8 minutes. If you are coming by car, we recommend the Urania car park or the Hirschengraben parking lot.
Appointments that have already been arranged can be canceled free of charge up until 24 hours before the appointment. If a Sunday or public holiday lies between the cancellation and the appointment, the deadline is 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an appointment made online, please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email you received. All differently booked appointments have to be canceled by phone or email. Cancellation messages sent via Facebook or Instagram will not be accepted. Cancellations at short notice or no-shows will be charged in full for services booked.
