Appointments that have already been arranged can be canceled free of charge up until 24 hours before the appointment. If a Sunday or public holiday lies between the cancellation and the appointment, the deadline is 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an appointment made online, please use the cancellation button in the confirmation email you received.
