13,3 g / day (one heaped 25 ml measuring spoon) to be diluted in a mug of water or plant-based milk (250 ml) and stirred until completely dissolved. Can be consumed hot or cold.To be consumed immediately after preparation.

(150 mg), beetroot juice powder, acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.) (90 mg) titrated in vitamin C (12 mg) (i.e. 15% of the RI*), dry extract of horsetail flowers (Equisetum arvense L.) (45 mg) titrated in silica, wild blueberry fruit powder, cranberry fruit juice powder, flavour.
