Use a spoolie to brush out the brows. Then use a brow brush to sweep the powder on, from the beginning of the brow to the corner of the brow, upward to the arch, and down through the tail. Go back with the spoolie to soften and further shape. Can be applied with a wet brush for more color payoff.
